Portable Modular Solar Parameter Measurement System: Over three years, my research team developed a portable modular solar parameter measurement system. This system simplifies and shrinks the original million-dollar, hard-to-move laboratory solar testing equipment into a portable experimental measurement system that can be used in general classroom environments at a very low cost. This system can measure parameters such as short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage, and energy conversion efficiency of solar cells, enabling a total of 8 different measurement experiments. This invention has obtained an invention patent and won the Gold Medal at the 2014 Seoul International Invention Fair.

Single-Sided Laterally Grown 1D ZnO Nanostructure: My research team developed a low-cost chemical bath deposition method to fabricate single-sided laterally grown one-dimensional ZnO nanostructures. The devices exhibit excellent responsivity to ultraviolet light and hold great practical value. This new method has obtained an invention patent, and the UV sensor based on ZnO nanobridge arrays fabricated using this method won the Gold Medal at the 2015 Seoul International Invention Fair.

Microchip Gas Sensor: My research team developed a low-cost chemical bath deposition method to grow ZnO nanosheet structures on glass substrates, serving as the active region for gas sensing and UV sensing devices. Such sensing devices have excellent responses to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and carbon monoxide (CO). This new method has obtained an invention patent, and the microchip gas sensor fabricated using this method won the Gold Medal at the 2016 Seoul International Invention Fair.

Maglev Solar Rotating Device: My research team developed a maglev solar rotating device that integrates a solar cell and a motor into one unit. By utilizing the low-resistance characteristic of magnetic levitation rotation, it can rotate continuously and can be used for teaching demonstrations. This invention has obtained an invention patent and won the Gold Medal at the 2016 Seoul International Invention Fair.

3D Printed Simple Spectrometer: My research team designed a simple spectrometer using 3D printing technology to observe the spectra of different light sources. The spectrometer can be connected to a Webcam for shooting, and then use the ImageJ software to instantly display the spectra of different light sources on a computer. This teaching aid, when paired with solar cells, helps in educational promotion. This invention has applied for an invention patent and won the Gold Medal and the Jury's Special Award at the 2017 Seoul International Invention Fair.

QRCode Registration System and Name Badge Printing: My research team uses mobile devices to scan a QRCode, completing registration and printing a personalized name badge within three seconds. It can also be used to control access qualifications for various venues. This invention has applied for an invention patent and won the Gold Medal at the 2018 Seoul International Invention Fair.

Early Warning Positioning Device: My research team applies the principle of rectilinear propagation of light by placing several positioning points at target locations. When any positioning point loosens or deviates beyond the time and degree we set, an alarm or notification is generated. This provides early warnings and notifications before disasters related to topography or buildings occur. This invention has applied for a patent and won the Gold Medal at the 2019 Seoul International Invention Fair.
